The following are the "Terms and Agreement" for cardholders at The Columbus Law Library Association set forth on 18 March, 1998 by members of the CLLA management team:
1. Categories of Material
7 Day Material - Treatises, Law Reviews, Encyclopedias, audio tapes, etc. circulate for 7 days.3 Day Material - All circulating case reporters and video tapes have a limit of 3 days.1 Day Material - Ohio Jury Instructions, and special arrangement items may be checked out for 1 day only.
2. Fine Schedule
A fine of $.25 per day will be applied to each item that is overdue.There is a grace period of 1 day for all materials.Fines are NOT assessed for days when the library is closed.
3. Renewals
All items, EXCEPT THOSE NEEDING A SUPPLEMENT UPDATE OR ARE ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER PATRON, may be renewed a maximum of 3 times.
4. Information Update
If you move or change jobs, PLEASE let us know. We like to keep our records as current as possible.
5. Lost Material
Borrowers are responsible for the replacement costs of materials they lose.
